You can return any piece no questions asked within 14 days of delivery. Please contact for further details.

​How long will it take?

All items under Original Art is shipped within 48 hrs via next day courier (UK Mainland Only, overseas please request further info)

All bespoke commissions take approx 21-28 working days from order to despatch. This time scale excludes weekends and Bank Holidays. An e-mail will be sent detailing your exact despatch and delivery date once we your order is ready to ship.
Canvas Print/Fine Art prints take approx 3-7 working days to be despatched. This time scale excludes weekends and Bank Holidays.

If you need to change your delivery address once your order has been placed, please e-mail us asap.

​Can you create me a painting to suit my decor?
Yes, i can create something similar to anything that i have created before, in any size or colour. I would request that RELEVANT COLOUR SAMPLES ARE POSTED TO US or EMAIL PHOTOS of your ROOM or COLOURS (unless black or white).

If you have a specific colour in mind and are unsure if the un-customised painting on the website will match, please bear in mind that differences in PC monitor and printer settings can affect colour perception then please POST A SAMPLE to ensure the standard painting will be created to suit your space.

Samples can be anything from magazine cuttings and DIY shop paint cards to fabric swatches and wallpaper; basically anything with your colours on! Once your samples arrive, you will be sent an e-mail acknowledging their receipt. If you do not receive an e-mail shortly after you have posted your samples, please contact us as the absence of samples may delay the despatch of your art.

Which payment methods do you accept?
Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, Switch, Maestro, Solo and Delta.
Paypal (use for Amex) and Bank Transfer.
Sorry but Cheques are NO longer accepted. You can pay via bank transfer.

Delivery
If you have not paid for a Saturday delivery then all deliveries are made between 8am & 5pm, Monday to Friday. The parcel WILL require a signature so please ensure you choose a suitable delivery address taking this into account. Alternatively get the parcel delivered to a neighbour or relatives houses, work places but NOT PO Box addresses.

If delivery is unsuccessful, the parcel will be returned to the local depot and delivery will be attempted again the next day.

PLEASE NOTE I use outside couriers and the couriers CANNOT call clients for any reason (although some will, but don't tell the boss). Delivery dates are advised with plenty of advance therefore we would appreciate your assistance in e-mailing me if you have any problems.

PLEASE BE AWARE THAT I CANNOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DELIVERY DELAYS THAT OCCUR ONCE YOUR PARCEL HAS BEEN DESPATCHED, ALTHOUGH ALL EFFORTS WILL BE MADE TO AID CLIENTS IN ANSWERING THEIR CONCERNS AND CONTACTING THE COURIERS.

Why do I have to create an account?
Creating an account allows you to re-order simply by entering your e-mail address and password, saving you entering all your details again. You can also use your account to check your despatch date and order progress. We do not store your payment details for your own security.

What does 30x20x1.5 inch canvas mean?
This means that the individual canvas is 30 inches wide by 20 inches high and 1.5 inches deep. We always quote the WIDTH first.

IMPORTANT NOTICE
I will endeavour to despatch all products on time in line with the despatch date emailed to you after you have placed your order, I cannot issue any refunds due to late-delivery which has come about due to the adverse weather conditions across the UK. Bespoke commissioned art is created after order and all supplies are purchased upon receipt of said order. If you are in any doubt please check with us or your local weather forecast.

​How do i hang the canvases?
Simple, just put 2 nails or screws (with suitable wall plugs) per canvas, unless very large and more are required, into your wall and simply sit the frames on them. This will give a flush fit on the wall. We don't provide fixings for health and safety reasons as we can't guess your wall type and don't want to provide the wrong fixings.

My canvas has arrived and the canvas seems quite slack and baggy?
This doesn't happen often, but don't worry this is because canvas is a natural material and during transit it goes through warm and cold temperature changes. If your canvas is slack, simply get a water sprayer, the type you might use to dampen clothes before ironing or a small paint brush and simply brush or spray the back of the canvas all over with water and the canvas will tighten up. Don't soak through, a sensible dampening all over will suffice. The wooden pegs in our opinion are a waste of time for tightening back up.

I am concerned how the art will look in my room, can i get a proof before ordering, if i email a picture of the wall my art will be hung?
Yes no problem. Please email any pictures and i will do a mock up in your space and email a proof back.

Your personal details are stored on a secure server; you can login to your online account and change your details at any time

You can change your delivery address simply contact me with your new delivery details.

Is the website secure?
Yes, your payment details are taken via industry standard 128bit SSL secured shopping basket and stored on a secure server. There have been no security problems that we are aware of using this system. Check www.paypal.com for further information.
